Wonderful

Great hotel, lovely and clean, very comfortable bed and the staff honestly can't do enough for you. I would definitely stay here again.

The only downfall is the location, it's pretty much on the opposite side of the island from everything else so, constantly paying taxis or have to rent a ped to get about. This hotel would really benefit from offering a free daily taxi/ into town at set times maybe.

Wonderful

All the facilities were really great. Nice and secluded.

Would be great to have beach towels by the pool so you could get a new one when you needed. Not enough space in the rooms to dry them. Also the room was quite a walk away from the restaurant.

The resort has 2 very nice pools and everywhere is clean.

The beach and sea in the area was very dirty and there was a lot of plastic and other stuff floating in the sea

The resort was in an area that is more quiet and relaxed.

The staff was unpleasant at all. Especially the lady who worked at the reception and checked us in.

Snorkeling is amazing!

The swimming pools are great, the restaurant is perfect. I had a few dishes, the food is really good. The staff at the restaurant is SO nice! I have to mention Nana with her good English and amazing hospitality. If you walk up to Koh Ma and go in the water on your left, there's a snorkel paradise. But you have to swim at least 30 meters from shore. It won't disappoint! There's Murenes, Stingrays and thousands of other fishes. The corals are very big and most of all very alive!

My room was in the back, facing the second pool. There was no short cut to the beach. There were a lot of big red ants covering my balcony but the staff was very quick and made them go away (spraycan)

Breakfast was good, also the staff was okay. They offer rent of bike, which is the best option to explore the island.

Location of the hotel is not so good except if you want to be alone. There is no good restaurants near by or shops feeling pretty isolated.Room was big enough and has good view but it was not cleaned by European standards.

A great 4 star resort, good value.

Great place. An expansive 4 star resort perched right on a quiet beach, hidden away at the top of the island. Huge pool, 50m+ length, good smorgasbord breakfast, with a couple of shops and motorbike rentals directly outside reception. We had room 3202, level 1, large and a great balcony with views of the sea and Koh Nam (a tiny island you can walk to via a thin strip of sand). The staff were very polite and accommodating. We spent 5 days there: it’s easy to spend your entire stay at the resort - explore Koh Nam, and the little cafe/bar right beside the sand strip to Koh Nam, around 50m from the resort itself. Fabulous beaches, although the locals aren’t too worried about collecting rubbish washed up on otherwise pristine beaches. Also a great waterfall, Wang Sai, a 10 min stroll from the hotel reception: easy to get to (just wear trainers).

Internet was hit and miss, but I think this is Thailand, not really the fault of the hotel.

Great beach resort with nice rooms and good breakfast options! Also the pool nearby the beach was nice

Pool next to my room was never clean which meant i needed to go to the far away pool Staff were rude, aggressive and hotel policy is so strict which didn’t make the stay super comfortable

Nice resort, not so good for families with young kids

The room was very nice, big bathroom, quiet resort and surroundings.

The resort is a bit isolated, and does not have direct acces. I had higher expectations from this area, the beach and to my opinion is not so suitables for families. A scooter or a car is definitely needed for transport.

Great rooms but kitchen very disappointing

The family room was really wonderful, comfortable. The lovely man making us really delicious coconut shakes! thank you.

Firstly all the pillows were too thick, even for adults. The kids had to sleep without one. Second the food at the kitchen was very average this was very disappointing as we were often wondering what or where to eat. The buffet breakfast was also average- apart from the eggs and cut fruit. There is no nice walk way to the beach. It’s rough and with many small stones- need to wear footwear. You also need to step over an undone gap to get from the resort to the rough path that leads to the beach. Not safe for kids It’s also very noticeable that the resorts in the area are cleaning their properties every morning. I think it’s also important for a beach clean up of plastics. People ultimately come for the beach and if the beach is full of plastic, people won’t come back. No one cares that much about fallen leaves on the resorts grass, but they do care about washed up plastic on the beach

I'd like to highlight the reception team & Housekeep. They are helpful and pro-active All questions and requests were answered promptly

The breakfast offered a wide variety of food, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor and included a lot of processed items. The restaurant staff could improve by being more attentive to guests, such as promptly clearing used dishes from tables. Instead, they often seem preoccupied with chatting among themselves, leaving guests feeling overlooked. The room has a unusual layout where you are not fully separate from toilet and room. If you sharing the room with someone who you are not 100% comfortable, this can be a problem. The shower is completely open to the room.

Nice, littlebit remote

Feels new and clean, two huge pools, very large breakfast buffer, nice restaurant, accommodating staff, nice view

The location is kind of remote, if you dont rent a motorbike/scooter you have to depend on the hotel taxi to go to other places on the island, taxi seemed only available once an hour and is pretty expensive if you travel solo. The rooms are great but could use a small light next to the bed.
